12-month limited warranty

Every Snout & Tail tool is backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

Defects such as motors that stop working, bristles that detach under normal use, or hardware that fails despite proper care. If a defect appears, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from improper cleaning or storage.

Making a claim

Email customerservice@snouttail.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps) and we'll take care of the rest.
