Our 60-Day Happy-Tail Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love every Snout & Tail tool. If you're not delighted within 60 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full — and we'll cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Email customerservice@snouttail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Items can show normal use — a little pet hair is expected.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away at no cost.
